TSSEC is a cooperative association, established in 2011. Its mandate is to facilitate eligible businesses and projects on Salt Spring Island that reduce the community's dependence on fossil fuels and/or increase local resilience to the effects of climate change.

Transition Salt Spring is looking to identify some long-term (five-year) objectives. Go to Long Term Planning Group to share your ideas before our Annual General Meeting on April 21, 2015.  Read all about "SMART" objectives (start reading from the bottom of the Comments section for guidance)... we are looking to identify objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Timely... please DO go to the link and consider sharing your ideas.
