Hello Peter,
glad to see some activity in the Fishing Coop site. I hope that people took advantage of theopportunity to obtain some salmon last week.

I am a member of the Board of Transition Salt Spring and one of my responsibilities is to join each of the Transition Groups on the website and keep informed about what is happening with the group. I was away the past while but in future we will try to make sure any events that the coop has are publicised in our news letter. There may be other ways that we can assist as well.

Thanks for your offer, Peter!  We only have about half an acre, which is filling quickly.  Thanks for sharing with the community!  Pauline

Hi Peter,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I'm only now getting my garden into shape and would rather go with the raspberries in May even though I would love to try the strawberries... but, this year, I'll have to choose.

Keep my informed of dig up day in May - thanks again!

Yes, your June strawberry plants sound great. When would be a good time to dig?

If you have any raspberry plants left, I'd love to come by and dig them up.

Thanks, Cathy Lenihan (7-8826)

Thanks again Peter! I pruned the raspberries -- took about three minures;-) Didn't plant the taters but I did the onions so I'll look forward to tasting them soon. The potatoes I have washed dried and will eat soon. Many thanks for your gardening wisdom.
